Jasmine works in employment, administrative, commercial, tort (negligence), and municipal law. She works also in the areas of professional and academic misconduct and class actions. She represents both employees and employers in her employment-related work, which includes not only advising with respect to wrongful dismissal and employment agreements, but also bringing disability appeals and adivising on commercial host liquor liability issues. She has appeared as junior or co-counsel in the BC Supreme Court, the BC Court of Appeal and in Federal Court but finds that clients are often better served outside of the courtroom.
